Scope of Work
Recognizing the growing reliance on food delivery services during the lockdowns, Natuno partnered with Traveloka to enhance its food delivery service, Traveloka Eats. Our focus was on introducing key features that would improve the user experience, such as allowing users to leave specific notes for restaurants when placing orders and reorganizing the search menu to make it easier for users to discover and select their desired menu items. These enhancements aimed to streamline communication between users and restaurants and simplify the ordering process, ensuring a more personalized and efficient experience.
The result was a significant improvement in user satisfaction, with many appreciating the added convenience and functionality. The ability to leave detailed notes helped reduce order issues, while the enhanced search functionality made it easier for users to find exactly what they wanted. Through this project, Natuno demonstrated its ability to swiftly adapt to changing consumer needs, delivering solutions that enhance both user engagement and the overall success of Traveloka Eats.
